It’s based on the beloved novel by Kazuo Ishiguro and it’s kind of a period piece drama about a love triangle between three individuals growing up in England, but there is a lot more to it than just that

Okay, before anyone gets overly anxious about this, Paramount’s new take on Dune isn’t actually dead, but the Peter Berg version is – and that’s what this concept art is for. I’m currently sitting in line at the Palm Theater, the local high school auditorium converted into a start-of-the-art cinema, waiting to see my first film of this year – Mark Romanek’s Never Let Me Go . The line-up this year has quite a few Cannes holdovers that the programmers decided to pull from the fest

Back in August we heard that writer/director Todd Phillips was producing a biopic on the legendary late comedian John Belushi with Steven Conrad ( The Pursuit of Happyness ) writing the script. Recently MTV caught up with Phillips who talked about a little bit about the project, but also made sure to mention that it’s still very much in the early stages of development and the script hasn’t even been started yet. As Phillips so eloquently puts it: “That’s something that gets released by some agent of somebody and then you get asked questions about it.” So since he was obviously asked about it, what did the comedy producer have to say?
